Postnatal Yoga

Postnatal yoga at Lavender Trail is a gentle, restorative practice designed for the tender season of new motherhood. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and the quiet medicine of the outdoors, you'll rebuild strength, release tension, and deepen the bond with your baby — at exactly your own pace.

Classes are offered virtually and in person at a local park, where nature becomes part of the practice itself. No prior experience needed — just a willingness to show up and be gentle with yourself.

Children’s Yoga

Children are natural explorers — and kids' yoga at Lavender Trail meets them right in that spirit. Through movement, storytelling, and imagination rooted in the natural world, young yogis build strength, focus, and confidence while learning to feel at home in their bodies and the outdoors.

Classes are offered in classrooms, virtually, and in person at a local park, where the trees, trails, and open sky become part of the adventure. Welcoming to all ages and abilities — no experience needed, just curiosity.
