Welcome to Lavender Trail Yoga. By accessing our website at lavendertrailyoga.com or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our site or enrolling in any class.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Lavender Trail Yoga offers the following services:

•       In-Person Yoga Classes: scheduled group and private yoga sessions at our physical location.

•       Online/Virtual Yoga Classes: live-streamed sessions accessible via a link provided upon registration.

•       Product & Service Purchases: class packages, memberships, and merchandise available for purchase through our website.

3. Registration & Accounts

Certain features of our site may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount specified.

Refund Policy:

•       Class cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full credit toward a future class.

•       No-shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are not eligible for refunds or credits.

•       Merchandise returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for unused items in original condition.

We reserve the right to modify our refund policy at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Health & Physical Fitness Disclaimer

Yoga involves physical activity. By participating in any class, you represent that you are physically fit to participate and have consulted with a physician if you have any health conditions that may affect your ability to exercise.

You participate in all classes at your own risk. Lavender Trail Yoga is not responsible for any injury, illness, or other harm that may result from participation in our classes.

6. Online Class Access

Virtual class links are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to share, record, distribute, or reproduce online class content without our express written permission. Access links expire after each scheduled session.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on lavendertrailyoga.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and class content, is the property of Lavender Trail Yoga and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

•       Use our site for any unlawful purpose.

•       Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

•       Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.

•       Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lavender Trail Yoga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Pennsylvania.
